What is Rainbow-eye doodle?

A recap pointed at a rainbow-eye doodle and called it strong, then failed to open the damage tooltip during the wave. Without a name, this cannot be matched to the 35-count index and cannot take a tier slot. It is listed so the hype is not later pasted onto a different unit.
